Live recaps, reviews, countdowns, and a few very honest LinkedIn posts. Here's what the program actually felt like.

I have sat in many classrooms. Nothing prepared me for what 30 days inside TCP would do to me.I joined The Capstone Program as one of 30 fellows selected from hundreds of applicants across Pakistan. I thought I was walking into a program. I did not know I was walking into the most defining chapter of my student life so far. The mentorship sessions cracked open things I did not even know were closed. Sitting across from the CEO of Cargill talking about what leadership really costs. Listening to a Former Chief Executive break down the mechanics of Pakistani business with zero sugarcoating. A Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon telling us exactly how to position ourselves for a world most of us had only dreamed about. And then the DYZ workshop, a collaboration between IBA Karachi and Stanford University, which did not teach me design thinking. It asked me to turn it on my own life. My own trajectory. The questions I had been quietly avoiding. Through it all Sir Fawad Faruqi refined us, challenged us, and showed up for us in ways that made us believe we were worth showing up for. I came in uncertain. I am leaving with a direction, a community, and a version of myself I had not met before TCP handed her to me.

TCP packed more value into 9 days than I expected from any program. Cohort 1 had a 13% acceptance rate, and honestly, every session justified the selectivity. What stuck with me most wasn't the structure, it was the people. Muhammad Salman, CEO of Cargill Pakistan, talked about decision making at scale like he was just chatting with a friend, no corporate filter at all. But the conversation that actually shifted my career thinking was with Syed Muteeb Amir from UBL and NayaPay. Hearing how he straddles legacy banking and fintech innovation gave me a real map for where I want to go in capital markets. If Cohort 2 is even half as good as ours, apply without overthinking it.

The Capstone Program not only provided direction, but also the mindset to better align my strengths and interests with my career path. Through meaningful conversations with mentors and exposure to diverse perspectives, I gained a clearer understanding of where I can create the most impact. I'm grateful for the opportunities, people, and community that came with the experience!

My experience at Capstone was amazing. It was a 7-day initiative where I learned how to strengthen my CV and improve practical skills. I also met some really great people, and the environment felt like a family. The sessions were very supportive and interactive, and they helped me grow both personally and professionally.

The TCP Cohort 1 was one of the most practical and valuable experiences for my career development. The sessions on CV building and LinkedIn profile enhancement helped me better present my skills, experiences, and achievements in a professional manner. The program also provided clear career guidance, helping me explore opportunities that align with my interests and long-term goals. One of the most impactful outcomes was gaining the confidence and knowledge to apply for competitive opportunities, including a UNICEF internship. Overall, the program equipped me with useful career development tools and insights that I will continue to benefit from in my professional journey.

My overall experience as a part of the first cohort was truly amazing. The most commendable thing was that everything was completely free of cost. In today’s time, where people charge fees even for internships and basic learning opportunities, this program provided high-quality learning without any cost. Our coach used to mentor us for more than two hours in each session and was always punctual and well-prepared. We were also connected with highly qualified mentors, and we even got the chance to have one-on-one sessions with them, which was very helpful for personal guidance. Moreover, the team put great effort into managing everything smoothly and ensuring that every participant got equal attention. One of the most valuable parts for me was the immersion phase, where we were taken on on-site visits. Throughout the program, I learned a lot, especially about maintaining our ideal LinkedIn profile and interviews, how to present myself, how to answer questions properly, and what to avoid. We also received detailed CV audits, which helped us improve our profiles. Overall, it was a great learning experience that helped me understand both the practical and professional aspects of career development. I have also recommended all my fellows and everyone I know to make sure they attend Cohort 2 because of this valuable experience.
TCP gave me the confidence to trust my own voice and to open up to learn from mentors and step boldly into my future. This program is a proof that right people matter. I joined as one but left with many stories.
For me, TCP proved to be a contagiously empowering program. By the end of the program I had clear, sorted, proper blue prints for all the different things that I will be working on which I had only planned in my mind till now.
TCP provided me with the directions and clarity I needed to reach my goal. It taught me to always stay committed to my goals. I will reach my goals one way or the other as long as I don't give up.
If your journey is always smooth sailing, chances are you're not pushing yourself enough. No failure often means no growth. Just... stillness. I learnt this after one of the Mentorship sessions through The Capstone Program. Not only the personalized sessions and mentorships, TCP also comes with the insane networking opportunities and Gilgit trip invites.
TCP gave me PRO MAX ambitions. It taught me how to effectively arrange my opinions and thoughts in mentorship meetings and in life whenever needed.
Prepare to have your minds blown, TCP can be labelled nothing less than this. Being surrounded by the right environment taught me a lesson that not to take life too seriously because that's how you will perform your best.
TCP taught me how to say no to good opportunities to focus on the right ones and how to differentiate between them. My biggest learning was to bring the mountains with me into every room I enter, no need to shrink Skardu to fit the table. TCP made it possible for me to stop seeing mountains as limitations.
TCP helped me learn and build absolute certainity that I can tackle problems I previously thought were way out of my league. The right conversations open doors faster than you think.
TCP taught me not only about the importance of my profession and the diverse career paths it provides, it also taught me how I can pursure a multi-pathway career and run a buisness alongside my degree. The 1-on-1 mentorship sessions were the real gems.
TCP came not only with learnings and mentorships but also with the kind of fun and memories I never expected. It gave me life lessons and life memories.
The Capstone Program made me realize that I am way more capable than I thought. It gave me the courage and confidence to participate in every room I enter, ask any question I have, and share my ideas openly.
I joined TCP with a curoisity, made best of my one-on-one mentorship sessions and left with a new perspective. For me, the networks and connections I made during this program is a treasure.
Joining TCP, I didn't know that I will make so many memories and learn so many new things. TCP gave me inspiration that I can always start fresh and not give up on my goals. The singing session at the end will be among one of the best memories I ever made.
TCP not only gave me unforgettable memories and lessons but also the confidence to shoot my shot without overthinking it. TCP breaks down your 5-year plan, then help rebuilt it 10x better.
TCP gave me a lifelong lesson of taking every opportunity to speak up and connect with people. It made me realize that the people you meet can become just as valuable as the knowledge you gain. In TCP, you enter as one but leave with many stories.
The biggest realization I had, when I completed this fellowship, was that I am capable of more than I thought. TCP helped me to step out of my comfort zone and actually do the things and not just plan them. TCP doesn't allow you to only participate, it makes you to step up and ask questions and learn from every room you enter.
TCP gave me the motivation and inspiration to do more, to believe in myself and to know that I could achieve alot more. TCP helped me unlock the best version of myself.
