Background showing ambitious students
Cohort 2 launching August

The Capstone Program

A fully funded, hybrid career access platform for high-potential students across Pakistan.

TCP helps selected fellows gain access to mentors, professional rooms, peer networks, and career pathways that are often limited to students with stronger networks or elite institutional proximity.

"Compressing years of exposure into a short, structured experience."

Why TCP exists

Closing the exposure gap

Many students do not lack ambition. They lack proximity to the right rooms, people, stories, and possibilities.

In Pakistan, talent is everywhere. In Pakistan, talent is everywhere. Access is not. A student's imagination of their future is shaped by who they have met, what they have seen, and which rooms they have stepped into.

The goal is not to give students another lecture. The goal is to change what they can see, who they can speak to, and how clearly they can imagine their next steps.

How TCP works

Three phases. One coherent journey.

Cohort 2 deepens the model through broad exposure, personalized mentorship, and professional immersion.

01

Generalization

Days 1–10

Online exposure across sectors, identities, and career worlds — so fellows can see more paths before they choose one.

02

Personalization

Throughout

One-on-one mentor conversations shaped around each fellow's interests, with at least 3 prepared 40-minute sessions.

03

Immersion

Days 11–15

In-person company visits, innovation spaces, and professional rooms fellows usually cannot access alone.

Proof from Cohort 1

A real first cohort. Real outcomes.

30 selected fellows. 19 universities across Pakistan.

Public recognition from universities and professional exposure at IBA Karachi including the Design Your Zindagi life-design session, inspired by Stanford d.school thinking through the IBA Life Design Lab.
