Why mentors stay involved
The commitment is light, the conversations are intentional, and the impact is long-lasting.
Minimal time commitment
Based on your availability, you may choose the time slots that work best for you during the first 10 days of the program. You also decide how many mentoring slots you would like to offer. Mentees will then be matched according to your selected availability.
High-potential fellows
Every fellow is hand-selected for energy, ambition, and potential, not pedigree.
Mission-driven impact
One conversation with you can redirect a student's entire career trajectory.
