Three phases. One coherent journey.

Broad exploration, then one-on-one mentor depth, then real physical rooms.

Generalization

Days 1\u201310

Online exposure across sectors, identities, and career worlds. Fellows see the whole map first, so their choices are informed.

Personalization

Throughout

At least 3 prepared 40-minute one-on-one sessions per fellow. Cohort 2 averaged about 5 one-on-one sessions per fellow. Fellows choose mentors; mentors set availability. Prepared, not random.

Immersion

Days 11\u201315

In-person company visits and professional rooms. Fellows then step into real rooms together, with the direction they have built.
